The PHDF partnered with Strengthening Participatory Organizations (SPO) to enhance the health and cleanliness of the Sultanpur Hammar and Mehdipur (UC 128) villages in Multan District. This program includes advocacy seminars and community awareness workshops to encourage people to become informed citizens and use government services to improve their health and cleanliness. The communities went to the relevant departments to ascertain that the government employees who clean the streets and handle solid trash were doing their jobs on a regular basis. They also succeeded in convincing the authorities to construct solid trash bins in Union Council 128. Water filtration facilities were also built in these towns to supply inhabitants with clean drinking water.
