Since its establishment, the Pakistan Human Development Foundation has worked to empower women. To that aim, in cooperation with HRCP, PHDF has given underprivileged women with legal assistance to eliminate violence against women, which includes the following services:
- Medical and legal assistance to rape victims
- Legal aid and assistance to the underprivileged and young women
- Legal assistance to women survivors of torture cases
- Legal assistance for women’s inherited property rights
